More About Gary:

Growing up as a child, I shadowed my mother who was a Multi-Million Dollar Producer at RE/MAX. I would run around the house and turn on all the lights for her! I was brutally honest and my mouth had no filter, as most kids were my age.. This would lead to many funny or awkward moments during home showings, and these memories would help build the foundation of my career in real estate. I learned the business at a very young age, and it became my passion.

At the ripe age of 18 years old, I became a licensed Realtor. I loved sharing my knowledge of the market and houses with anyone that would listen. I became experienced in recognizing red flags that could jeopardize a home sale. By the time I turned 23, the real estate market had already crashed! I learned very fast that my job was different now that the market was upside down. It was sad to see people I knew losing their homes! Houses getting boarded up left and right! The investors came out of the wood works, and bank owned homes took up most of the inventory. I seized an opportunity to purchase a nine unit foreclosure, and only then did I realize the emotions that were involved when purchasing a property! It’s hard work! Blood, Sweat, and Tears! Dreams! The “Do It Yourself” projects commenced! I already had some experience working with my father who owns a construction company. But this work didn’t involve getting a paycheck! This was different, this was Sweat Equity!
I experienced many great feelings owning my first house, and learned many valuable lessons. I began to realize that their are many more details that go into buying or selling a house. It went far past the details and condition of the house itself. It was really about the customers and clients. Why are they buying or selling? What is important to them? What are their goals? Wants? Needs? It was about making some House, my clients Home! My mother has taught me some very valuable and important lessons. I have learned an abundance of knowledge from the experiences I shared with her. My own experiences as a homeowner and landlord have broadened my knowledge and understanding of this business. A combination of it all has driven me to continue to offer the same high level of service that my mom instilled in me to my present day and her past clients.
I treat all my clients honestly and fairly and value their trust. I am committed to providing excellent customer service to each and every one of them. My reputation is very important to me, and I take great pride in following the Realtor’s code of ethics. My goal is to make each one of my clients a neighborhood expert in their desired location, and completely aware of what is happening in their marketplace. This will help them make knowledgeable decisions throughout their home search and eventual negotiation process! In return, I hope to be their Realtor for Life!
As of 2017, I have been a Licensed Realtor for over 12 years. I have won multiple performance/production awards at RE/MAX and the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. I currently own and manage 28 apartments. I am Bilingual. Fluent in English and Portuguese, and have team members also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. If you or someone you know is interested in buying or selling a home please think of me!
